Sharon Clare Isaacs

August 12, 1964 - March 22, 2022

Sharon Clare Isaacs, age 57, of St. Augustine, Florida died on March 22, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center South. Born to George and Agnes (Goberdhan) Jules on August 12, 1964, in Carenage, Trinidad & Tobago. Sharon grew up in Trinidad and moved with her family to Brooklyn, New York in her teenage years. From an early age she discovered her talent for fashion and interior design. She attended New York City Technical School where she studied fashion, buying and merchandizing. During this she met her husband-to-be, Trevor Isaacs, at a soccer game introduced through Trevor’s brother (Jerry). After dating for a few years, they married on October 21, 1990, and raised a family of four children. They lived in Brooklyn and Queens until 2006 and then moved to St. Augustine, Florida. To know Sharon was to love her, she was an icon, a blessing to many, cherished beyond words and let’s not forget a fierce force to be reckoned with. She radiated life, laughter and the love of God, singing and worshiping the Lord who she is now with in Heaven. She was a woman of deep faith and enjoyed reading the Bible. She loved to worship and was a member of the St. Augustine Seventh Day Adventist Church. She provided strength and wisdom to those in need and never let a belly go hungry. She was an amazing cook and especially loved to create an abundance of joy through food and laughter. More than anything Sharon was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. Words cannot express the weight of this loss, but we take comfort in knowing she is at peace with her son Waylon and our Father in Heaven. Her spirit will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her son Waylon and her parents, George and Agnes Jules and sisters, Jessica and Romania. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Trevor “Trev” of St. Augustine; sons, Tristen Isaacs of St. Johns and George Isaacs of St. Augustine; daughters, Shareva Isaacs of St. Augustine and Sydney Isaacs of St. Johns; sister, Marilyn Beharry (Victor) of Virginia; brothers, Lincoln Jules of Virginia, Abraham Jules (Dominique) of New York; grandson, Jeremiah Alexander Youngblood; and a granddaughter on the way, Anais Clare Elizabeth Isaacs. Services will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at St. Augustine Seventh Day Adventist Church. A visitation, Beginning at 12 noon will precede the service. A committal service will follow at 11 am on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Craig Memorial Park. St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
