Linda S Brannigan

March 17, 1945 - November 27, 2021

Linda “Martin” Brannigan age 76 departed on her final journey on November 27, 2021 after a brief illness. Linda was survived by her devoted husband, Donald “Guy “ Williams; her four children, James Brannigan, Courtney ( James) Cox, Whitney Poe, Brian Brannigan and Grandson Brandon Brannigan , whom she raised as her own, 9 other grandchildren , 9 great grandchildren and two sisters, Deanna Bonnett, and Charlene ( Widget ) Hill. She was predeceased by her parents, Floyd Martin, Mildred Martin and brothers, Billy Martin, Sammy Martin and Larry Martin. Linda grew up with her large family in Fort McCoy, Florida. She attended Stetson University, St Mary’s College and graduated from University Of Central Florida. Linda retired from the March of Dimes as a Walk America Field Director. Linda loved sports, particularly tennis, golf and basketball, but most of all she enjoyed traveling and experiencing the cultures of the world. She had visited over 30 countries around the world and at least 46 of the United States. She was and avid reader, enjoyed gardening and spending time with family. She will have a small graveside service at 2 Pm on 12/12/2021 at Fort McCoy Cemetery. The family would like to thank The Bailey Center for Caring in St Augustine for their loving care in her last hours.
