Daniel Joseph "Dan" Tehan Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Daniel Joseph Tehan of St Augustine, Florida, died August 2, 2022 in Treasure Beach. Daniel Tehan was the son of the late Dr and Mrs Timothy Tehan of Bethesda, Maryland. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Rosemary Theresa Tehan of Palm Coast, Florida and his companion, Colleen Sullivan of Palm Coast, Florida. Dan is also survived by his siblings, Timothy Tehan and his wife, Lisa of Bethesda, MD, Ann Sanner Kotz of Naples, FL, Patrick Tehan of Timonium, MD, Eileen Tehan of St Augustine, FL, Erin Boccia and spouse, Ralph, of Potomac, MD, Maureen Tehan of San Antonio, TX and William Tehan and spouse, Kolleen of Ashburn, VA; seven nieces and seven nephews. Dan Tehan attended Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, Potomac, MD, St Francis Prep School, Spring Grove, PA, and Regis College, Denver, CO. Dan was a self employed home remodeler and carpenter, with an outstanding reputation. Dan was an All American High School athlete and a Golden Gloves Boxer. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. The Tehan Family is grateful for all the medical staff who aided Dan. At his wish Dan died in hospice care in Treasure Beach in Florida, surrounded by Rosemary, Colleen, 4 sisters; niece, Meredith and brother in law, Marc. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home with Deacon George Murati officiating.
