Dana Lynn Ivey

January 11, 1969 - January 4, 2021

Dana Lynn Ivey, 51, passed away peacefully at Community Hospice at The Bailey Center, in St. Augustine, FL on January 4, 2021. Born in Fayetteville, TN to Shirley Wright Ivey, Dana is survived by her two sons, Jeremy Caswell, 31 and Tyler Ivey, 27, her grandchildren Carter, Gavin, Tilian, Reagan, and Charlee, and her sister, Dawn Anzualda, as well as many friends-like-family. Native of Jacksonville, Dana also lived in Fort Worth, TX for some time. She was a sweet spirit, kind, and generous. She loved animals, especially her cats. Dana loved music and would belt out a good southern rock anthem with the best of them. She was know as Nayna to her grandbabies, who she loved very much. Dana’s wish was to be cremated and we know her body no longer holds her because she is dancing in heaven with her mom and many more that have gone before her. Dana accepted Christ as her Savior and renewed her commitment with Him recently. Her friends and family are heartbroken, but will love one another and remember her always. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary in Dana’s name. A Celebration and Remembrance of Dana’s Life will be held at Stinson Park, 4050 San Juan Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32210 at 11:30 on Sunday, January 10.
