Louvenia Smith, a cherished resident of Saint Augustine, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on June 5, 1957, in Saint Augustine, she devoted her life to her family and her career as a housekeeping and laundry aide at Saint Augustine Rehabilitation and Health, where she brought warmth and care to those around her. Louvenia was a vibrant soul with a love for life that was evident in everything she did. She enjoyed indulging in soap operas, cheering for her favorite contestants on game shows, and immersing herself in the thrilling worlds of sci-fi movies. Her playful spirit shone during days spent playing putt-putt golf and poker, surrounded by friends and family, creating memories that will be treasured forever. She celebrated many joyous milestones, including the day she married her beloved partner, and the recent wedding of her son, which brought immense pride and happiness to her life. Louvenia's family was her greatest joy, and she leaves behind her daughter Tchenda Jackson; sons Patrick Brown, Juan Jackson, and Roberto Feliciano Jr.; siblings Amin Abdullah, Mercedes Jackson, and Kelvin Jackson; cousins Luetisia Lucas and Richard Boyd; and her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Shayla, Shannon, Shanelle, Zayden, Zariya, Ethan, Nadea, Alexis, Carsen, and Caiser. Louvenia's legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. The memorial service will be held at St Johns Family Funeral Home and Crematory on January 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with a public viewing preceding the service at 5:00 PM. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of many, reminding us all to embrace life and spread joy wherever we go.
