Life Legacy
Doris Anita Pedroni, age 74, of St. Augustine, died on March 2, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville. Born on May 20, 1935 in Portsmouth, Ohio, she grew up and lived much of her life in Springfield, Ohio. Doris moved to Jacksonville in 1973, before relocating to St. Augustine in 1984. She taught art classes for many years and volunteered with the St. Johns County Homeless Coalition and the St. Francis House. Most recently, she was worked as a childcare worker at Trinity Episcopal Learning Center.
She is survived by her son, Harry Brown Roulstone III of St. Augustine; a daughter, Susan Lynn Roulstone Daniels of Jacksonville, FL; a half-sister, Deborah Hill Grimes of Springfield, OH; a half-brother, Arthur Bryce Hill, Jr., also of Springfield, OH; and her grandchildren, Heather Brooke Daniels and Christopher Thomas Daniels, both of Jacksonville, FL.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 20th at the St. Johns Family Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of live flowers, please send silk flowers.
